Our History

At the end of his life our founder, William E. Groves, was a highly trained electrician and a very successful business executive. He was able to achieve all of this despite having to overcome being orphaned at a young age and only getting an eighth-grade education. Our story is his story. It is a tale of grit, determination and success in the face of insurmountable odds. The character it took to propel William Groves from where he started to where we are today is infused deep into the bones of this company. Hard work, attention to detail, and persistence propelled our founder upward, and those same values propel this company forward today. Who we are and where we came from are inseparable for us.
