Groves Safety Champions
OVERVIEW
The Safety Champion Recognition Program applies to all Groves Electrical Services employees. Demonstrating strong safety leadership is essential to achieving our Safety Mission of eliminating STKY events. Acknowledging individuals who exemplify these values helps establish clear standards and inspires others to follow their lead. A safety champion never loses focus on our vision of eliminating life-threatening, life-altering, and life-ending events by building capacity to ensure that when, not if, failure occurs, it will occur safely.
PURPOSE
Its purpose is to highlight employees who demonstrate exceptional commitment to safety, giving meaningful recognition to those who set the standard for our team. A safety champion supports our vision and mission.
