On Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, Jacob Carver called an “All Stop” to verify the steps needed for a critical task. Jacob’s understanding of Human Performance Principle #1, “People Make Mistakes,” allowed Jacob to lead communications to question and verify work steps before a potential event leading to an unintended outage. Jacob’s decisions support “Prevention” and Human Performance Principles. These are the foundations of the Capacity Model.
