Jason Hughes has been a key part of Groves Electrical Services since 2001 and currently serves as Director of Electrical & Controls. With a background in industrial maintenance, Jason brings decades of hands-on experience to managing divisional operations and delivering turnkey solutions for complex industrial projects. One standout accomplishment under his leadership includes the successful electrical and controls integration on two new dredge builds—showcasing his team’s ability to plan and execute comprehensive, cross-discipline work. Known for prioritizing team readiness and customer satisfaction, Jason thrives on the diversity of industries and challenges his department tackles daily. Originally from Webster County, KY, he enjoys spending time at home, camping, and offshore fishing in his free time.
