Director of Civil Construction
Since joining Groves Electrical Services in 2017, Ben Bell has led the Civil Construction team with a steady focus on safety, quality, and project execution. As Director of Civil Construction, Ben plays a key role in ensuring each jobsite is ready for success — overseeing clearing, access, and foundation work for major projects. Ben has a strong foundation in project management and logistics.
Originally from Madisonville, KY, he finds the most satisfaction in seeing projects come together smoothly and safely. When he’s not on-site, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his three sons at baseball and basketball games.
