Director of Substation Construction
Brett Sizemore joined Groves Electrical Services in 2016, bringing with him eight years of experience from the coal industry. He began working in the ETM department where he gained valuable knowledge in substation electrical testing. As Director of Substation Construction, Brett works closely with team leads, project managers, and estimators to ensure projects are well-planned, properly staffed, and executed efficiently and safely. Known for his transformational leadership style, he prioritizes people—recognizing potential and fostering growth across his team. Brett takes great pride in the evolution of the substation department and the collaborative spirit that defines Groves. A native of Madisonville, KY, he enjoys spending time with family, coaching his son’s baseball team, and getting in a round of golf when he can.
