Clint’s role allows him to assist division managers in all their duties and contribute to scheduling and finances for the entire company in addition to essentially overseeing all construction projects at Groves.

In 2006, when Clint joined the Groves team, he started the way so many other members of the management team did – at the bottom. He spent his early years with the company in an entry-level position working in the field. Subsequently, he spent 6 years as a project manager/estimator. He brings a diversity of experience to his current role daily.

If you ask Clint what he loves about Groves, you’re going to hear the word “culture”. He enjoys working for a company that does not reduce you to a number. He has never wanted to be in that situation and the culture at Groves has kept him from ever feeling that way. Part of his role is stewarding that culture for his coworkers. That’s the work that keeps him coming back every day, energized and ready to take on a new set of challenges.
